I ordered just one item from K&M for $120 and they kept me posted on email at least 5 times throughout the process as to where my item was (even though it was a small order) it arrived well packed, damage free, and exactly as was described on their site. I saw another vendor's item that was similar for $180 on the web. Why pay the extra, when this company's quality is right on target. Very pleased with my experience.
Your ordering, delivery and follow-up is first class. It exceeded my expectations and I have spent hundreds of dollars at on-line luxury goods retailers which don't hold a candle to the online experience your sheet metal company delivers. My expectation on the elbow design was that it would be a single piece and not riveted. It serves the purpose stated on the website, so I gave you four stars. I will use your site as my first choice for future purchases.
