Hi Todd, it is industry standard that you need to crimp or notch the bottom corners to make downspouts and elbows fit. Sometimes it'll fit out of the box, but it should not be surprising if it doesn't, specially with brake formed plain square elbows and downspouts. For such, it should just be expected and it's a pretty simple process to make them fit. We appreciate your feedback, and thank you for your order!
When placing the order, this customer chose not to pay the $185 optional fee for a freight truck with a lift gate service. He now wants this, but doesn't want to pay for it, so he decided to leave us a completely misleading bad review. There are absolutely no extra charges. This was the customer's choice. For all of our other customers: This is all explained prior to placing an order on our website. Lift Gate is a service provided by a freight company, which means they'll bring an item for delivery in a smaller truck with a lift gate in the back and unload the item(s) for the customer. They charge for this, and it is optional. In this situation, the freight company contacted this customer to setup the delivery. He said he could not unload the materials and chose to have a lift gate. The freight company called us to ask for approval. We spoke with the customer to collect the charge (that he chose not to pay for when placing the order) and this was the result.

The part ordered by Mr. Brown was backordered. We tried to explain this to Mr. Brown, and on two separate phone calls were met with yelling and insults. A backordered part does not give Mr. Brown free reign to cuss out our employees and as such we have decided not to work with him. We wish him the best.
