The longer than expected time to fill and ship the order did not allow us time to install the product as Wisconsin temperatures and snowfall delayed installation scheduling.
The product seem to arrive intact,no indication of boxes bent,cracked or broken so I accepted delivery as is.
I was able to get it in my garage,out of the elements on my own until installation can be arraigned
