We are very happy with our custom chimney cap. It’s beautiful and very well made. It did take a few weeks longer than expected date given. It was packaged very well to keep from being damaged in shipment …maybe just a little more communication on having a lift gate or lots of hands to unload as the crating is very heavy. We had to uncrate it to get off the truck. Would absolutely do again however and it’s an aesthetic add to our home
