  DUKE10 Tenor Banjo Ukulele

  My Duke 10 Banjo Ukulele arrived 10 days after I ordered it, which I thought was great, considering where it came from and that it had to come to Montana! I followed the video on the web site to set up the bridge. But I still had a couple of questions. I contacted the company and Jamie even phoned me to answer my questions, but I missed his phone call! He then sent me an email with a quick video where he showed me how to attach the strap. I am enjoying playing the Banjo Ukulele very much - working on fingerstyle and chord melody arrangements. The Duke 10 has a nice banjo-y sound for a tone different from my other ukuleles. I love that it is not as heavy as my friend’s banjo ukulele - that was the biggest selling point for me. I also like the open back to be able to soften or dampen the tone with some type of stuffing. And I really appreciate that there is a pickup installed if I ever want to plug it into an amp! So far , I am very happy with my purchase and am hoping for many more years of happy playing my Duke 10! Vicki

  The banjo is solid and well made. Any problems or concerns i had, were addressed thru email. The fact that time is taken to talk about any concerns is worth everything to me. I would not hesitate to steer someone to a duke 10 if they were wanting a banjolele.

  I bought the Duke 10 banjo ukulele last month after researching a lot of banjo ukuleles and listening to them being played. I came to the conclusion that the Duke 10 had the best sound and construction, and was reasonably priced. I thought it was a good product for the money. After playing it for a month, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The sound is exactly what I was looking for in a banjo ukulele, and it is well made and beautiful. If you are interested in a banjo ukulele, I would highly recommend the Duke 10. I really think it’s the best one out there. Customer service was also personal, professional and top notch. This new addition to my ukulele playing has been so much fun and has infused it with new learning and fresh delights.

  Pretty damn great banjo uke! Strong contender uke. Love it, however hate that case! This is now my primary instrument. The pickup for amplification is a very nice feature. I am very happy with her. Oh she need some better instruction on bridge and setting the leg tension. Holds a tune fine. Frets are very comfortable. This Banjolele is the very best for the money.

Most people love it! :-) And just in case you missed the link we supplied on the instruction sheet that came with your DUKE10, go here for very detailed setup instructions on the bridge: https://www.dukeuke.com/pages/setup The drum head does not require any setup as it is set to where we think is the best tension for optimal sound, but there are instructions about the difference it can make by tightening or loosening it on the sheet you already have.   A very nice banjo uke. Quick delivery. The Duke10 plays very well, love the sound. The pick up works fine. If you play it over a PA the Duke10 sound great. Very natural. I play in a band and it's nice to have a new sound on it.
