This is my new favorite tenor banjo-uke. Very rounded and playable. It's a great balance of warm tone, sustain, plunk, and with no boom or ringing tones. It's a solid well made instrument, nice tuners and fantastic case - so will be my main gigging uke. Plays great straight from the factory setup too.

The presale was simple to set up as well as clear institutions as to what would proceed. Although there was a tad bit of delay that was communicated in a straightforward manner. Delays often happen in production, that’s understandable. The DUKE10 is Very Beautiful and the Sound is totally 💯 % AWESOME! SATISFIED CUSTOMER writing this review.

Great support from Jamie in the purchase. He was happy to provide information as I requested it. Nothing was too much trouble. Setup was easy & it has been fun getting the best position for playing this open backed banjolele. I’m playing it off one shoulder strap like a mandolin to keep the back open & the harder you play it the better it sounds in my opinion. The strings fitted are great, again imo.

This is a quality instrument and I am very pleased with it. The tone is bright and it was easy to tune. I'm a beginner, it sounds good a works well. The only issues I had are: The bridge was easy to set up as per instructions but the strings have occasionally dislodged from the fret channels as I'm practicing, any advice available on this? It got stuck in the UK postal system and I had to pay an unexpected customs charge to get it delivered. Neither of these small gripes would stop me from buying again or recommending to others.
