About he last thing anyone wants is to use a company's warranty program. That means that something broke and that's always a disappointment. Having said that, I could not be more impressed with the warranty service from Headwaters. Thank you so much for the fast turnaround and great service!
The rod is a beautiful rod. I prefer a blonde rod over a darker, flamed rod. The wraps look most attractive on the light bamboo.
Oh, yeah, it casts beautifully. “Like buttah,” as some say.

USPS shipping. Terrible. Busted up box. Delivered open. You could look right in at the rod. Luckily wife was home and took off porch right away. I will be back for more product. Great bamboo spinning rod
Have not had chance to use yet but quality looks good so far. Included line does not have loops on either end….that’s ok but would note that and give purchaser option of another line with welded loops for slightly more $. I wound up putting line in “extra stuff” box and using another line I already had.
