The breaks didn't work, my surgery was the next day and I couldn't wait for another to be shipped , so I ended up renting from another vendor, who actually instructed me on how to use it. This comes to you in a box and you have to figure it out. Unfortunate mine came defective.

RRI owe a lot to Knee Walker Central. Playing rugby for the USA Rugby team, I have broken my foot twice, and have had to deal with 2 surgeries in a 6 month period. My knee walker made it possible for me to keep a positive outlook while concentrating on my rehabilitation so I can get back to playing for my country. THANK YOU TO ALL THE PEOPLE BEHIND KNEE WALKER CENTRAL!!! Your company is top class! I cant say enough about the level of customer service I received. Receiving and returning my knee walker was very convenient. It's great to know Knee Walker Central is there if I ever need them again.

The packaging was sturdy and the knee walker was packed very well. Your instructions made it very easy to put together! Thank you for that.There needed to be an adjustment for the hand brakes. My son, called and spoke Mark - who successfully guided him in making the necessary adjustments. It was certainly very kind of him to take so much time to help - especially on a Saturday night! Thank you. I called Angela, when I was repacking up the knee walker to return to you. She was so kind and most helpful. I wanted to repack the knee walker in the same pristine condition that I received it in. At 9am the next morning, UPS was at my door ready for the pick up. I feel like family! everyone was so kind and helpful. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it was to deal with all of you. Please also, I cannot forget to tell you how very informative and helpful your "Guide to Non Weight Bearing" book was. A perfect read! Can't thank you enough for that. DWKnee Walker Central was a game-changer for me! Their customer service took such great care of me, answered all of my questions, and in no time I received my knee walker and was able to get back to my life.
MTGlad I found them when I busted my ankle. Really easy to order and return as the customer service team is real cool. Sure beats crutches to get around.
