  the personnel was very helpful and quick to reply and very kind! I lost service in italy when we took the bernina express, and occasionally at the top of the different mts but thats a given. The connection was very good- and reliable for the most part. The ispot would run for about 6hrs and need to be recharged with a battery pack. It was quite convenient. Despite the rude lady at the post office, it was easy to pick up the package in the zurich airport with another kind lady. I would definitely recommend using the ispot connect for traveling! Thank you for all the help and the connection. it was very useful to use for the sbb app.

  Thanks for the review! Just for info, the iSpot Connect service only works in Switzerland so it is not surprising you lost connectivity in Italy...

  Très content ça marche très bien, connection avec tablette ou Smartphone facile. J'avais que la 4G dans un appart loué pour la saison de ski. Avec ISpot j'ai accès à Blue Sport MySport ou Netflix et les chaînes de télé sans aucune coupure.

  I have used ispot connect for several winter seasons and it has been fantastic. But this year the Wi Fi is intermittent - the light is almost always on yellow even though its positioned in the same place as usual
