Customer service is exceptional, had a bit of a glitch which was immediately sorted out. Am very happy with banjo , at first i thought it sounded a bit dull. After doing some research on banjo websites, I tightened the head considerably , and now have a bright sounding instrument that is easy to play. Plus it looks really good
